Dettica was formed following the realisation that following project iniation, too many client projects are destined to delivery failure. This disposition is despite the use of structured project management methodologies and experienced project managers. The reality is that many projects are unwittingly designed to fail from the start, through inadequate estimation and planning techniques that contravene some fundamental laws in areas such as human psychology and management of estimation uncertainty.
